Our Promise
Every tuber we sell is grown, divided, inspected, and packed by us on our farm. We will never import tubers for resale. While the vast majority of our tubers have been grown on our farm for a few years, each year we source new varieties from a very small, carefully selected group of trusted sellers. Any new stock is closely monitored and grown separately before being introduced into our main growing areas. We are proud to say we have never had gall in our fields.
We take plant health seriously and monitor our fields closely throughout the growing season. The health of our plants is our top priority; viral or bacterial spread would risk our whole stock, and this is not something we can afford. Tools are sanitized between plants, suspect material is ruthlessly removed, and we never do u-picks. While we follow best practices, growing plants always carries some natural risk. By purchasing you accept the fact that sometimes plants get sick, and virus is not 100% avoidable.
Tuber Guarantee
We guarantee that all tubers are true to variety, arrive healthy, and include at least one viable eye at the time of shipping.
Pricing & Orders
Prices are per single tuber unless otherwise noted
Orders are first come, first served
Items are not reserved until checkout is complete
Cart holds are not available
Some varieties may be limited per household to allow more growers access to rare tubers
All sales are final. In rare circumstances, cancellations may be accepted within 14 days of purchase and are subject to a restocking fee.
Growing Responsibility
We cannot guarantee plant performance due to variables beyond our control, including climate, soil, storage, pests, and care
Color variation may occur due to environmental differences and is considered normal
Growing success and storage practices are the responsibility of the buyer
Shipping
We ship via USPS within the continental United States only
Fall and spring shipments are timed with weather conditions in mind
Spring shipping begins once temperatures are forecasted to remain above freezing, likely April.
Orders cannot be held or delayed
Once an order leaves our farm, we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or weather-related damage. For lost packages, please contact USPS directly.
Inspecting Your Order
Please inspect your tubers within 48 hours of delivery. If you have any concerns, email us at petalsandproseccofloral.com with your order number and clear photos so we can assist. After this window, tubers are considered accepted.
Refunds & Replacements
We do not offer substitutions or replacement tubers. If a refund is warranted due to an issue prior to shipping, the purchase price of the affected tuber(s) will be refunded.
Respectful Communication
We are committed to kind, respectful customer service and ask that all communication remains courteous. We reserve the right to refuse future service in cases of abusive or inappropriate conduct.
